Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Lakshmi Ayurweda. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best Ayurvedic wellness experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or service, we are here to help.

Returns for Products

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase for Ayurvedic products. To be eligible for a return, your product must be:

  • Unused and unopened (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all labels intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Service Cancellations & Refunds

For consultations, treatments, and wellness services:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return request or cancellation and verify the eligibility, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds will be initiated within 3-5 business days of approval
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
  • PayHere payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different variant, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used Ayurvedic products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Customized or personalized treatments and wellness packages
  • Herbal medicines and dietary supplements once opened
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Downloadable digital content (e-consultations, digital guides)
  • Services already rendered

Damaged or Defective Products

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with return shipping arrangements.
